Youngone Corporation is looking for suitable candidates for the position of Lawyers at their Dhaka office.

Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee disciplinary & grievances procedure and labor issues.
  • Responsible to draft various disciplinary letters/ legal letters/official correspondences/ reply letter/ legal notice/ agreement/ contract/ deed etc.
  • Selected candidate should have experience of working on labor issues in any law firm.
  • Communicate with Law office.
Educational Requirements
  • LL.M. or LL.B. from any reputed University.
  • The candidates who have enrollment as Advocate with Bangladesh Bar Council will get preference.

Additional Requirements

  • Both males and females are allowed to apply
  • Must have practical experience with labor cases.
  • In depth knowledge in Labor Law 2006, Bangladesh Labor Rules 2015, BEPZA instruction 1989, The EPZ Workers’ Welfare Association and Industrial Relations Act, 2010, Fire Prevention Act 2003.
  • Skill in MS-Office and MS-Excel.
  • Excellent communication skill in English & Bangla both in speaking and writing.
