This is an open call by Prof. Muhammad Ekramul Haque, of University of Dhaka, given on Facebook.

“In these trying times of the unprecedented Global COVID-19 Pandemic, we are surrounded by a myriad of uncertainties. I believe that everyone reading this is staying at home, practicing social distancing, and keeping safe.

While we are at home, some of us may utilize the downtime to be productive through learning something new or through understanding something previously studied, anew. Keeping that in mind, I have decided to launch an online course on Muslim Law of Inheritance (starting from May 5, 2020, for 3-4 weeks)

Considering the significant role that the law plays, I undertook this project to enliven its beautiful intricacies and to invigorate the minds of many. The course shall be free and for all.

If interested, please fill out the following form by May 2, 2020. I’ll reach out to you via email and send you a link to the Facebook Group in which the classes will be taken on Facebook Live.
