Operating in 26 different countries across the globe, the Network for International Law Students (NILS) is an international, independent, non-political and non-profit organization that contributes to the arena of legal education by hosting various competitions, workshops, seminars, conferences, webinars, residential school programs, delegation programs, legal aid activities and miscellaneous educational activities.

The Bangladesh Chapter of NILS has been successfully carrying out the operations of NILS in the country since 2016. After successfully hosting the 1st National Legal Debate Championship, Workshop on Legal Research and Advocacy Skills, organizing the NILS Mooting School and the last year’s widely responded grand event – ‘Workshop on Career Opportunity: Way to thriving Legal Industry’; NILS Bangladesh is back again with another mega event – ‘Workshop on Law Career Guideline’. The workshop will be organized in association with the Faculty of Law, the University of Chittagong on February 15, 2019.

Many law students fret over the future prospect of an LLB and/or an LLM degree. Most of them are oblivious to the lucrative career opportunities that exist for law graduates in our country due to a lack of knowledge. With this in mind, NILS Bangladesh is taking the initiative to provide the law students of Bangladesh with a crystal clear view of the numerous career opportunities that remain ahead after their graduation from law school. The facilitators of the workshop will provide insights to the participants about the diversified and prosperous opportunities that await them as they thrive to build their careers in the legal arena.

As such, enthusiastic participants are encouraged to attend this day-long workshop to enrich their knowledge regarding the multiple career opportunities available in the legal arena as well as to gain the first-hand experience in their respective jobs. To sign up for the workshop, participants must fill up the Registration Form.

As the seats are limited, an opportunity will be granted on a first come, first served basis. After filling up the registration form, participants are requested to pay the registration fee to confirm their participation. Details regarding payment of the registration fee can be found HERE.
