Operating in 26 different countries across the globe, the Network for International Law Students (NILS) is an international, independent, non-political and non-profit organization that contributes to the arena of legal education by hosting various competitions, workshops, seminars, conferences, webinars, residential school programs, delegation programs, legal aid activities and miscellaneous educational activities.
The Bangladesh Chapter of NILS has been successfully carrying out the operations of NILS in the country for quite a while now. After successfully hosting the 1st National Legal Debate Championship in Bangladesh, NILS Bangladesh is back again with a new event- Workshop on Legal Research and Advocacy Skills.
The event will be held in collaboration with the Department of Law, East West University on November 24, 2017 at the premises of East West University. The day-long workshop will focus upon enabling the law students of our country to learn how to conduct legal research, critically analyze cutting edge and thought-provoking legal issues and develop persuasive legal arguments. Moreover, the successful law practitioners of our country will also disseminate knowledge regarding the unique advocacy skills necessary to excel as legal practitioners to the participants of the workshop.
As such, enthusiastic participants are encouraged to attend this day-long workshop to hone their legal research and advocacy skills and learn from the renowned legal practitioners of the country.
